KLTOnLine – A Legal Information Platform by KLT Infotech.
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the KLTOnLine platform (“Service”), owned and operated by KLT Infotech.
By using the Service (via website, mobile app, or any future platforms), you agree to these Terms.
KLTOnLine is a proprietary online legal research platform published and maintained by KLT Infotech. The platform provides access to judgments, statutes, legal commentary, articles, journals, and facsimile pages of publications by Law Times and KLT Infotech.
Upon full payment of subscription fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the KLTOnLine database for lawful purposes. The license is personal and cannot be shared, sublicensed, or assigned without prior written consent from KLT Infotech. Authorized users (such as employees or partners) may use the Service under the Licensee’s account.
You may:
View, search, and retrieve content for personal, academic, or professional research.
Download or print reasonable extracts for internal use.
You may not:
Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the content.
Remove or alter copyright notices.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform or its software.
Republish or distribute judgments, headnotes, statutes, or articles outside your licensed use.
Share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
All subscription fees must be paid in advance.
Fees are non-refundable once processed.
Refunds will not be provided for partial usage, user/device misconfiguration, or downtime due to maintenance or third-party outages.
All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the subscriber.
Subscriptions may be renewed before expiry to avoid disruption of service.
All rights in the database, including software, design, judgments, and content, remain the exclusive property of KLT Infotech. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection laws in India.
Information Collected:
Personal details (name, email, phone, billing info, professional details).
Usage data (pages visited, time spent, device type, browser).
Contact details may be used to share updates, service alerts, or promotional messages (including WhatsApp/SMS even if under DND).
How We Use Your Data:

KLT Infotech shall not be liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

You agree to indemnify and hold KLT Infotech harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
KLT Infotech may release updates, patches, or modifications without prior notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
The Service requires an active internet connection.
Users are responsible for data charges from their internet or mobile service provider.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
KLT Infotech will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical issues, or regulatory actions.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.
If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy (combined herein), forms the entire understanding between you and KLT Infotech.

BEFORE USING THE KLT OnLine APP (“SOFTWARE”), PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT USE OR INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and KLT Infotech, the owner and operator of the KLT OnLine platform (hereafter referred to as “KLT Infotech” or “we”),
governing your use of the KLT OnLine website and mobile application and any updates, upgrades, documentation, or files made available by us (collectively, the "Software").
This Software may include third-party components, libraries, or services that are subject to their own license terms.
Use of any open-source or third-party software included in the Software shall be governed by their respective licenses to the extent such licenses override this EULA.
KLT Infotech grants you a limited,non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for lawful personal, academic, or professional use related to the KLT OnLine platform.
You agree that you shall not: (i) Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software; (ii) Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Software; (iii) Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; (iv) Violate copyright or other proprietary rights contained in the Software; (v) Circumvent or modify any security or usage features.
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein, including databases, content, design, and source code, are the sole property of KLT Infotech. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Software.
KLT Infotech may release updates or patches to improve or maintain the Software. These updates may be automatically applied without additional notice. You consent to such updates as a condition of continued use. All information regarding the website and app which includes updation of data, renewal of subscription, information regarding price, tariff, scheme etc. Will be intimated only through mail and whatsapp.
The Software requires a stable internet connection to function fully. You are solely responsible for all internet, mobile, or data usage charges.
The Software is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KLT Infotech disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
In no event shall KLT Infotech be liable for: (i) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) Loss of data, revenue, or profits; (iii) Downtime, service interruptions, or data errors; (iv) Any claim exceeding the amount paid for use of the Software (if any).
This EULA is effective until terminated. KLT Infotech reserves the right to terminate your access without notice if you violate any terms herein. Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the Software.
All disputes relating to this End User Licence Agreement and its Terms and Conditions or claims arising therefrom will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts / forums / tribunals at Ernakulam, Kerala only.
This EULA, along with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Subscription and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and KLT Infotech regarding the Software. No delay or failure by the Publisher in exercising any right under these Terms shall bedeemed a waiver. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.
KLT Infotech reserves the right to modify or amend this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Notices may be provided via the app, email, or official website.
